You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage yourself and any third party to:
-
Use the Service to upload, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by the Provider;
-
Upload, transmit or otherwise distribute content that infringes upon another party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary, contractual or fiduciary rights or obligations;

The Provider reserves the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Service, such as content which violates these Terms and Conditions. The Provider also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as it reasonably believes is necessary to:

The Provider reserves the right to cancel or refuse to offer the Service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.
No Warranties
-
The Service is provided on an "AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE" basis. The Provider does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in it will be corrected. Use is at your own risk. You may lose data!
-
The Provider does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including, without limitation, the implied warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a Particular Purpose) with regard to the Service, and will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from your use of the Service;
-
In no event will the Provider, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents or the assigns of same be liable for (1) any incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, or any information provided on or downloaded from the Service, even if the Provider or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (2) any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the Service;
-
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law;
Changes to these Terms of service
-
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms of service at any time by posting new Terms and Conditions at this location and alerting paying customers of such change via email. Any change(s) to these Terms of service will take effect thirty (30) days after such changes have been posted. Your continued use of the Service following such changes will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
